SMS / Text Messaging
When you call Apex Automotive & Emissions, our phone assistant may offer to text you information you request during the call — for example, the nearest emissions testing station’s name, address, and map link; a summary of your callback or service request; or a vehicle service and ready-for-pickup update. If you verbally agree on the call, we text that information to the phone number you called from. Your spoken “yes” on the call is how you opt in. We do not text numbers that have not requested messages, and we do not purchase, rent, sell, or upload phone-number lists.
Message frequency is low and varies — approximately one message per call or request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver the messages you request (such as our messaging platform), and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
