These terms govern the Apex Automotive & Emissions SMS text-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program

Apex Automotive & Emissions operates a text-messaging program that sends customer-care and account-notification messages to customers who request them during a phone call with our shop.

2. Types of Messages You Will Receive

• The nearest Arizona ADEQ emissions testing station (name, address, map link).
• A summary of your callback or service request.
• Vehicle service status or ready-for-pickup updates.

3. Message Frequency

Recurring messaging; approximately one message per request or call.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

5. How You Opt In

You opt in by verbally agreeing, during a phone call with Apex Automotive & Emissions, to receive text messages at the phone number you are calling from.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Your mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes; information is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested.

9. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page.
